I have had dinner there twice. The food was very good. And cooked exactly to my taste. The atmosphere is like something you have read about and always wanted to try. The service was always cheerful and helpful. The owner makes you feel like your family. I find it hard to say anything that was bad about anything. I travel alot to Philly,New York City and DC. And this place ranks up in the top 5 in my list. Looks like I have found what others are still looking for.

I live in Eustis and have passed by this rustic restaurant so many times. One day I was invited by a friend for dinner and to meet Jeffrey Paul. WOW! Absolutely to-die-for angus! I could cut it with my fork! Great atmosphere with my friend along with some very special attention from Jeffrey Paul while he made our dessert table-side. The whole experience makes me want to go again. Even if it’s just for a slice of cheesecake and a brandy, I’ll recommend Jeffrey Paul’s to anyone who appreciates fine dinning!

I experienced the most pleasant surprise one evening this week while traveling through central Florida when I dined at Jeffrey Paul’s Chop House located in Eustis Florida on Bay Street. For fine dining , you won’t want to miss this restaurant. Everything was cooked to perfection!The Owner is Jeffrey Paul who makes sure everyone receives personal service.

My wife and I ate dinner there last night….food was excellent…service was outstanding. The owner, Jeffrey Paul, is eccentric….but it actually made the evening interesting. This is not your average steakhouse. The atmosphere was cozy, the staff attentive…the owner made us feel like special guests. Highly recommended…we’ll be back.
